how to get paid by uploading images on my lot ?

If you have under 500 posts, you can only earn from images by starting a discussion and adding an image to it (the link to do this is at the bottom of the "start discussion" page), or by uploading an image onto one of the interest pages. Putting images in your profile does not earn you anything. After you get to 500 posts, you will also be able to add images to your responses and comments in other people's discussions. Make sure the image you use either belong to you or are "copyright free" images. Otherwise, you are not supposed to post them, though many people still do. Good Luck.
