Etiquette in the Gym?

If you go to the gym you might see people in the change room walking around without any clothes before and after their shower. Some will sit on the benches and chat with other members before getting dressed. Does it bother you to see people sitting on the benches in the nude without a towel under them? Would you say something or would you ask the management to put up a notice?
