Paid ad sites

I know about google adsense and intend to get it on my page, but are there any other sites that will pay for a newbie site to have their ads on there. I intend to advertise my site around on my sites I frequent and will get some traffic. I also know there are a few posts here about where to find more traffic. Thing is I want all kinds of traffic for the ads, but I prefer they all be professionals looking for my service I'm advertising... so are there any other good paying ones that need more advertising space and don't have requirements. Perhaps a paid for every ad click type of company?
