do you use conditioner after shampoing your hair?

I always use conditioner. If I dont my hair feels like straw and its impossible to brush.
I use Herbal Essances shampoo for fragile and treated hair and conditionar for volume and body. I mix them because they work better.
I also rotate them with garnier shampoos. I do one month of one then the next month i use the other brands. If i use one brand for more then a few weeks my hair becomes really ickky and wont come clean at all.

My conditioner at the moment is Rejoice. I also don't stick to one brand for a long time. Using the same brand everyday for a month or longer will give you a product build up that eventually lose the effectiveness of the brand. The same goes with shampoo and other cosmetic products. I make it a point to experiment on other product brands. One tip is that when you buy a product for the first time, just look for the trial size so that if it doesn't work for you, you can easily throw it or give it away without guilt feelings for wasting your money.

I have really brittle and dry haor but i found a conditionor that works wonders.Its called mane and tail.I love it.My hair is so soft and shiny now.

I don't use a conditioner after I shampoo because the shampoo that I use has coconut milk in it. For me the coconut itself is a conditioner.

Yes I do use conditioner every time after I wash my hair. I haven't come across anything I am really addicted to so far but I do like Frederick Fekkai's Technician conditioner, it smells like bubble gum haha and it does add softness and shine to the hair.

My hair is too dry and easily break. I use Elseve anti breakage.. complete from the shampoo-mask-conditioner-daily treatment.After using them for a few weeks,my hair cindition getting better.

I dont use conditioner everyday instead evry other day alternating with my shampoo because i've got thinning hair and the more chemicals i applied on it the thinner it will be (that's what my derma told me). We use the same brand but i prefer to use the pink one. I also used Pantene.
