Has anyone ever had Bronchitis?

I used to have Acute Bronchitis back in late 2005. I struggled with it for 4 months due to the fact back then I was a heavy smoker. The constant coughing, the hard times breathing, coughing up thick mucus and chest pains. Have you ever had this or known others that had it?

I've had bronchitis a few times. I didn't get it due to smoking but due to allergies and then also flu bugs. I have asthmatic bronchitis on a regular basis but that is managable but recently I had major bronchitis that is contagious and ended up in the hospital. They had to give me antibiodics, oxygen, etc to get me semi back to normal. Still working on being 100 percent again.

I do but i never wnet o the doctor.I smole too and i have all thise symptoms you mentioned.Maybe i should go to the doctor.
