“You would not know how good you are until you pitch yourself against the best” Many years ago when I became a manager of my agency, I used to admire other managers who were performing very well. I admired them greatly. One day, I asked myself why couldn’t I be like them. Why Not!So I started talking to these successful manager over coffee and started taking down points that made them successful. I drew up a PLAN that will take me to a successful road and I started working on the plan without any sympathy for myself and I was totally focused. Loo!! I made and I was admitted to the “Top Managers Club” and eventually I became a qualifying member of the club. I also held office bear in the Exe. Community . This I hope will inspire young adults who are making into the competitive world. Good Luck on your dream and god be with you friends.
