Music player cell phone

Hi I'm looking for an mp3 player cell phone and have been searching on Ebay for something suitable.
I would prefer a thin phone with color screen and I'll use it mostly for music. I do not need a camera. I'd like to spend about $150 CAN$ (approx $120 US$???) includes tax, shipping, accessories, etc.
Any suggestions? I'd like at least 30 songs and 3 hrs.

do you know motorola e398... oh.... one of the best phone that i've ever known....with cheap prize...but the music loudspeaker is absolutely good, the bass of course... oh yeah.. you can modify it if you don't like the phone setting...
