do your partner smoke?

honestly i dont know if mine's don't?before he smokes like a chimney. i told him to stop it as soon as he can for he will suffer from that when he get old. he listen and stop smoking for 1 year and 7 months but i was so surprise for, last 2 days ago, he just smokes in very front of me. i was so mad at him. he said he just did it again only by that time... and never before since he stoped.
should i believe him? is your partner also smoke or you too are smoking?

I don't think I oculd go out with someone who smoke the smell is really horrible. I would imagine if he had smoked before you would have smelt it on his clothes, in his hair and on his breath. Its not very easy to hide.

I have never smoked and my partner don't smoke now, but he smoked few years ago, before we met.
I don't like smoking too, it makes you unhealthy and I don't like kissing someone who smokes, it's not so nice feeling than.
I think you're right that you encourage your partner to stop smoking, hope he told you the truth.
If not, it's shame on him that he lied you:( Maybe he's too addicted to stop do it, but he loves you and don't want to hurt you, so he pretended that he stoped smoking. I think it's a chance that she told you the truth, I have some friends who don't smoke regurally, but sometimes when they are in bad mood, have some stress in their work or something lie that happens, they smoke, but really rarely.
