Start Excercise Program - The Feet Have It !!

Exercise is critical to becoming fit and it helps brn colories. People who are overweigh often find it difficult. overweight body can put extra stain on the feet and can make problems worse. There are two solutions: Use non-weight bearing activities like swiming, swim aerobics, exercise b-cycle, rowing machine. second get a proper pairs of shoes. When u go to shop for shoes make sure that u wear the same type of socks that you may use for jogging, walking or any other exercise. Go later in the day, feet tend to swell as the day goes. When u find your match walk, jog and run and see its comfort.. When it comes to exercise the feet have it !!
