Need a solution for shoes hurting heels

Hello, I just bought some new pumps the other day but now I can't walk in them because they are killing my heels. They make me walk funny and I don't want to walk retarded. They are not too small if anything they are just a tad big. Does anyone have any solutions to this. Women, I know u have some advice out there for me.
