How much time does it take to grow your hair back

How much time does it take to grow your hair back to the same length as it was before you chopped it all off?

I had hair down to my waist and stupidly, I had it chopped to my chin. Everyone said that it looked much healthier and I agree, I just missed the length. It took me only three years for it to get back to my waist. It really depends what ethnic origin you are. The Hispanics and Native Americans are famous for having long thick hair. Asians have long thick hair, but we don't have that much. So even though I have long thick hair, it's so sparse like I'm loosing it.

Some nutrients or pigments that usually present in the hair might be lacking in yours. Some people said that its because we tie our hair frequently.I wish I knew what causes white hair! I don't have any yet, but my mother started getting them when she was about 25. Some people say it has to do with stress. I think it may be a combined thing of stress and genetics.
