Ceramic owl

I have an antique ceramic painted owl about 12 inches tall with embossed marks on the bottom. The mark is a circle with two fish, one over the other swimming in different directions. There is also a number embossed of 1624. If you have any info to share I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks oscartoo@aol.com
