For me grilling in the oven is the best way to make any fish. When we put it on a rack and place the rack on any baking dish to collect the juices ,it does not even become soggy.even the seasonings don't get diluted because of the juices that come out while cooking.Which method do you like best?

For me it depends on the type of fish. I love Salmon cooked on the grill outside with mesquite or hickory chips to add a smokey flavor. Other types of fish, I like broiled in the oven or baked in the oven. I'm not into fried fresh fish, unless it is trout. For trout I coat them with a cornmeal mixture and fry them on low heat until they are done.
