How long do you spent in sleeping everyday?

I sleep for up to 7hours everyday,if it is less than 7 hours ,I will fell tired and terrible.It has lasted for 5 years,I think it is a good habit for me ,which can help me to work whit best state,so I can made the best efficency.While I don`t have the enough sleep,the work I did will be not good enough to get the standard,even I would make mistake,or terrible mistake.Well,now you know how the enough sleep immportant for me !Really,it is also very immportant for everyone,the basic you should be have to work or do other things.In that case,wo can do our best to work,the efficency will be better than your colleagues.Don`t you want to be better than oters?

I would like to sleep for more than 8 hours, which is a health way to live. But I have to work, so if I have 7 hours to sleep, that will be lucky. At weekend, I can spend 10 hours sometimes.

I'm lucky if I get 5 hours a night. I have never been a really good sleeper and after kids forget it. I am always getting broken sleep.

Well Sleep is one of the essentials of our daily routine.I sleep around about 6hrs a day.yes you are absolutely right with the fact that lowering the sleep reduces the efficiency of a person considerably.And it is easily visible in days activities of how he holds and regulates them.Sleep is necessary but excess of sleep also make a person lazy.so neither too much or too low of sleep is good for health.Sleeping at proper times makes our digestive system to work properly and also regulates the blood.It also helps to recover our body from daily strains or physical injuries as well.To stay ahead sleep is necessary.

i do sleep for 9hr but not in one strech 7in hte night amd 2hr in day thats afterrnoon when i am form my col i take rest for 2hr that very rlaxing when i go for my job in the evenig i feel very fresh i found it better for past two years before i use to sleep only in the nights ,now i am cool

I sleep exactly 8hrs a day, as its a habit for me since childhood. But after sleeping for 8hrs, i really feel very fresh and exciting to start a new day, and i don't feel sleepy or dizzy for the entire day.

I never have a perfect time for sleep. Because I like night life. If I can after work I always hang out with my friends. So, I think in one day I just have 5 hours for sleep and never in a good sleep.

Usually, im having 7 to 9hours of sleep a day but its not continously, it is partially devided of time. Like im just having 4 to 5 hours of sleep everynight then take another 3 to 4hours of sleep in the afternoon, specially when i have nothing to do with. Im not sitting here in front of my pc very often coz my eyes getting irretated when i spend more time here than sleeping. Have a nice day ahead. Godspeed!

It is important to get enough sleep. A lot of people don't. It is recommended to have at least 7 to 8 hours. I myself rarely get that. Sometimes I only sleep 3 to 4 hours a night. I am very functional and am able to accomplish many things. Right now I am not working so that is a good thing, but when I do work, I have always had an excellent work record. I guess I am the exception to the rule! Sleep is very important and it does help with attention and energy. I have always been lucky that I have been able to be functional on little sleep!

I usually sleep about 5-6 hours a night. There are days when I may have a nap, but that is few and far between. When I sleep to much I feel yucky and that I have wasted an entire day. I am more of a night owl though, going to bed around 2-3a.m. and then getting up by 7. I truly believe that a person diet and exercise have a lot to do with their sleep, as well as vitamins. I drink about 2 gallons of water a day and I believe that helps my body to function. If nothing else it ensure I wont sleep long, because I will need to go to the bathroom. lol :)

i love sleeping.. but because of my studies, i usually lack sleep.. there are lots of term papers to finish and homeworks to make. studying during the night takes a lot of time too.. so many things to memorize! during school days, i sleep for about 5 hours or less only.. but durin weekends, i sleep for almost 10 hours! well, in my case, i dont really feel tired even if i lack sleep. i guess my body has already adapted to it..ΓΌ

Hi cf1016! I sleep around 5 hrs a day. I go to bed around 1-30 and wakes up at 6-30. Sometimes i stay awake till 2-30 or so. I do nott have the habit of taking a nap during the daytime either.

When i was studying i slept for about 10 hours ..since i had most of the time freely ..but now even though its holiday ..i found roughly 6 hours .. Sleep is not coming when i sleep ahead of that time ... one thing for sure .. if you work hard you will get nice slep ..

Everyday I get to sleep 5-6 hours, with waking moments in between. It is not possible for me to sleep staight hours as I have a baby to take care. I'm getting used to waking up, but still I felt sleepy sometimes during the day. I just used our office lunch break to take at least 15 minutes nap.

for me ,i alway fall into sleep at 24:00 every night,and wake up at 8:30 am. in every morning,as i have to start my job at 9 am. .but i do not think it is enough for me to have rest for about 8 hours.lol...i want to have more hours to sleep.

I , at the present time, due to over stress of my studies and admissions to colleges, am very very busy and stressed so am unable to take a sleep more than 4 hours a day-- I do understand it is gonna be a negativity for me in the long run and I might ruin my health but then that is a secondary thing..... the primary duty of eduction needs more priority...

There are days that I barely sleep at all, like days when we have lab. reports due or have so much exams to study..or can't help chatting online haha..on those days i get 0-5 hours sleep. However, there are days i feel like bumming around and i feel so tired that i sleep for like 14 hours or more.. hehe..

I should sleep more time, usually i sleep 6 hours for night, but somedays i sleep a litlle bit on afternoon! hehe
