i usally turn in and turn off at midnight

I'm not sure what you're asking but I guess this could be a subconscious superstition that you need to be off the computer and in bed by midnight. I don't really understand what you mean by nightmare, or something very important, but have answered to the best of my ability. I hope I might have thrown some light on the matter.
