What is the one thing that you would love to learn, currently? Is it maybe wanting to learn another language? Or learning how to play the guitar? Or even learning how to cook a specific dish? What is the reason you are wanting to learn this? Is it something you've always wanted to learn? Or is it something that you have always admired & wanting to try on your own yourself? Please do share with me the things you are wanting to learn currently. And why it is that you feel this way! Thank you for sharing with me your feelings/thoughts/opinions about this topic! xx

Salsa Dancing and Spanish. Salsa is something my boyfriend and I keep meaning to go out and do. We were actually going to a free class at a Latin nightclub here in our city one night, and when we got there we discovered it was a burned pile of rubble. A quick search on my BlackBerry confirmed that it had burned to the ground, just 3 days before. :( We're determined though. I have a lead on a few other inexpensive classes, so as soon as he has time off from work, we're going! Spanish is something I dabble in from time from free online courses or books.

I want to learn Mandarin and Japanese. Don't have that formal class.. mandarin i learn from friends...a word a day ..365 words per year.. And Japanese. I learnt this language for four years during school days but it was too long ago.. about 12 years ago. Already forgot what i learned. So by watching anime (but with sub ...), i hope i can remember whatever i had learnt back then. Wish me luck.....

I am learning to draw. It's something I have always admired in others, but never thought I had much of a talent for drawing, myself. Sure, once in awhile I can get something to look just right, but for the most part I was always under the impression I just couldn't really do it. Then, my children started winning a lot of awards for their artwork, and their teacher was raving about how artsy they are. When I was discussing it with my son I mentioned that I wonder where their talent for art and drawing comes from and he informed me that it came from me! He pointed out he had seen the odd drawing over the years that I had done that he thought was really good, and how when he won the portrait proze it was because I had helped him figure out how to get the mouth 'just right'. So, I have bought myself a book about learning to draw and have begun the exercises. I am really pleased with my efforts so far, and plan on getting a more advanced book on portraiture, next. I would also like to learn to do seascapes.
