Is it important to have a beautiful hair to get the attention of someone?

Any attractive feature will get a person man or woman noticed just as a feature that is not cared for will get someone noticed in a negative way. I don't think it is important to have beautiful hair, it is important however to take good care of your hair, keep it neat clean, and a decent style for you, not so much for the attention but because if you do have someone's attention you don't want them distracted or turned off because they view you as being sloppy or unclean.
