who should be the next captain or coach??

i think dravid quits one day cricket so as sachin and ganguly and chappel leaves 4 austrailia

I just cant say about the coach..But I would suggest better appoint a foreign coach...and about the captain,I would vote for yuvraj or dhoni...I think most of the are responsible enough which we acn make out from the style of thier play..When wickets are falling in rapid succession,they just try stabilise it and when team is already in a good position,they tend to increse the rate.They are better adoptable,dependable and understanding and at the same time commanding...

In my opnion The next coach should be from INDIA only as they understanf the indian mentality better and they can make things happen better in quick time. Although there can be problems as choises are many but the strong candidate should be selected. I think Sunil Gavasakr is better option. When it comes to captian Dravid can continue as he is innovative. All teams go through bad phase that should not bother the players but shold be encouraged for next time.
