Pizza recipes 1 pk Yeast 1/4 cup Water -- warm 6 tbsp Olive oil -- + extra for pan 6 c Flour 1 t Salt (Optional) 2 1/4 c Water -- warm Mix together first six ingredients and let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive-oiled pie pans. Dimple dough with fingers. Mix olive oil and water, brush tops with this mixture.Sprinkle on top: sea salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Let rise 50 to 60 mins. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. May dip in olive oil.If the herbs are dried soak in water 10 minutes and then pat dry with paper towels. Let me know what you think!

yeah, I do it like that mostly add some honey or maple syrup too, or sugar, just a little, 2 teaspoons maybe also, buy the large pack of yeast, its like $5 but it lasts years also maybe add an egg for pizza , olive oil first, put a can of crushed tomatoes , garlic, and mozzarella chese, and other things if you want to also, bake it for 15 minutes at 425F , its better like that

I will pass this on to my hubby. I worked in catering for years and as a result dont enjoy cooking but he does.He made a lovley goulash tonight from a recipe I got online.
