Proof with big money or small money better?

Well i am always seeing people with check for like 1,200 dollars or 230 a weeks and such. For me if someone shows me that they make 20 or 30 dollars a weeks it is a little more beleivable. Do you think it is worth showing proof of payments if it isnt some astronomical ammound? For me its more credible.
