I heard in the news that Bill Gates just got his college degree

I didn't know that Bill Gates didn't graduate from College. Does this prove that you don't need a degree to succeed? Do you know of any other famous people who succeeded without a degree?

He didn't really get his degree. He got an honorary degree from Harvard. Celebrities and big names get these all of the time.

A degree can give you an advantage but not necessary if you have the talent and skills to get you succesfull and famous. Most people who are successfull haven't used their degrees. Also, if you have what it takes to be successfull, most likely you'll succeed..
