self confidence is a matter of having a positive or negative outlook in your life. when our expectations are not met, what do you do? how do you feel? Do you depend on approval of others to feel good about yourselves? Do you avoid taking risks because you are afraid that you will fail? As for me, I just continue to be more positive. i can say that these are challenges and soon will overcome them.

self confidence is gained by how our performance in life has been going. according to a pscychologist, self confidence in one has been mostly implanted in us by our parents while we were still young. if they always give us encouragements at successes and failures that we go through while we were still young, this will make one grow up with good self confidence. therefore, it is best that we keep on encouraging the young ones around us to be able to face life's challenges squarely and, as to what will be the right attitude to have in the advent of failures and successes coming up.

building self-confidence is not an overnight preparation. you may have acquired it from you parents as you have outlined and should be passed through the next generation being a tool to become successful in life. truly, you have said it all.

Its really frustrating when our expectations are not met but such things have been happening my whole life and now i know how to deal with such situations. In short i should say i am used to it, what we have to do is try to remain clam and try to forget about that by going out somewhere where the environment is completely different and where we can forget about that a bit. time is the major factor so, lets try to give some time with some patience, don't make any decisions at that times so that we might not regret. time is a great healer.

i always believe that life is full of risks. no matter where we look at, no matter what we do, everyday is a day full of risk. we choose and act on our choices. and we should be brave enough to face whatever the outcome might be. i for one is a risk taker. and i hate to fail but i believe that failing is a part of the learning process. what i do when meeting failures in life, i cry, i hate myself but that's just it. after a few days, i get back on track and start again.

since the beginning the Omniscient God already gave Adam and Eve their free will to choose which is good and evil. they were told before hand the risks of making right or wrong decisions. yet they opted to take the way to destruction. this was the first failure of mankind and man learned to overcome this by the assurance of God's salvation thru Jesus Christ. generally, life's failure can be a turning point, a learning experience, or a chance to grow. it can be a stumbling block or a stepping stone. it can be a wall that stops us, or a platform to lift us higher. thanks for dropping by my friend.

I try to be positive about everything in my life, there's always a loopole or another way out of things if your in trouble. I try to make sure that we have a back up plan in case our plans fall through, or if something bad might happen.

being positive in anything we do or in any decision we make is one good trait we all must have. we might fail but that's not the end of everything. failure is just a test for us to improve us more.

Self confidence is the key to success, I believe. Even when I loose to attain the expectations from any project or whatever the matter may be, I try to analyse whether there was my fault though like everyone I get much depressed initially but I don't give up. I try to atleast find out my fault so that I can take care on similar matters in future with full confidence and be the winner.
