Best Response?

I have started several discussions here on myLot however sometimes it seems like there are many replies that are very good. How do you decide who gave the best response? Sometimes I ask certain questions and more than one person gives a really good response but I can't decide between 2 or 3 of the for which one is the best. What kind of system do you use to decide between more than one response as of which one is the best or do you just not select one in order to be fair to everyone?

That's a hard decision to make, but you can also rate those who responded to your discussions by hitting the positive(+) and negative(-) button located at the right side of every posts, but please, do use it responsibly. As for choosing the best, it is up to you to whom you think deserves it. Because there are no standards in choosing it so, but make sure that they did their best to give justice on their opinion about the topic.

Thank you and I do rate everyone that posts on all of my discussions it's just picking the best response that can be hard sometimes. Thanks for your advice.

I usually give my best response to the person who looked like they actually took the time to answer the whole topic, and not skip parts of the discussion. I also look at how much their answer helped me if it's an advice question. I also get many good answers when I've posted a discussion, so sometimes it is difficult to choose, and in those cases I just go with my gut instinct and pick the one I think deserves it the best. :)

I never thought of it that way where as to think of the person who actually responsed to the entire posting and completed all of the questions because sometimes my discussions will have more than one question that I'm looking for an answer to and I've marked best response to people that only responsed to 1 of the questions and not all of them. Thank you for your advice.
