Hi, let bygones be bygones. Consider the following changes for the team. 1) with due respect to them, confine tendulkar, dravid and ganguly for test playing only. Dravid as captain, ganguly vice captain, and tendulkar as a player. The reason I'm including ganguly is that although he is scoring runs, his strike rate is pathetic, only about 78, which is woefully short for odi standard. Dravid and tendulkar have become old by sporting standards, so find their replacements quick. 2) Make yuvraj singh odi captain 3) include youngsters like dinesh karthik and pathan constantly in the playing 11 4) Bring back mohamed kaif and make him vice captain 5) Make the above changes even before the aged three announce it on their own as it will give our young shoulders some practice and self confidence to fill up their roles in their absence without worrying. hey its a game. Somebody loss and somebody win. U indian people are very crazy about the result and the business. Bcz lot of money have been invested to u'r team and cricket and you want the return from that. Its not a business. Its game. So be cool. try to find the problem. Emotion will make more problem.
