how often do you change your toothbrush?

I have one of those indictor brushes you know the kind that the bristles change color when its time for a new one..but i do change if i have had a virus because it can live on your brush or if i drop it in the toilet yes i have done that lol Cheryl

lol ive never droped mine in the toilet but the thought of dropping my husbands in has entered my head a few times when hes pi$$ed me off lol not that i ever have tho

I think dentists suggest you change it every 3 months. I always suggest that people who are concerned with their health, soak the toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide at least once a week.
