Wash the face as many times as you can as it will clear the face of oil or dirt . Also you can make paste of clove and water and apply on the pimples , it will give a burning sensation to that part but it also clears that pimple on which the paste is applied.For making a paste just take a clove and rub it on some rough and clean suface put some drops of water , apply the paste that is formed on the pimples.This is quite an effective treatment against pimples.
