Do you think people make up things to talk about on myLot...

or actually post for real advice? Some of these things get kind of...out there, especially when you check their other postings (my favorite had to be the one when she claimed her boyfriend was beating her, but then a few weeks later she was going to marry him!). Do you think that these so-called 'hot topics' are for real?

Honestly I gave my doubts. Now the happy ones I think could be true but the pity ones I used to really respond to them but now I am inclined to delete them. They seem to just repeat the topic but in a different format.

Yes. of course, thats kind of the point of paying people to post things, your always going to have people post such topics just to have there voices heard. And then you get the same stupid questions over and oner again, but thats okay, thats what its really all about.

Of course they do .. the more gory the discussion or outrageous the better .. because dear friends that's what most of the highest replied to discussions are .. a really good meaty topic that cries out for a good debate gets no more than a mere handful of replies .. And I suppose that it's obvious that will happen .. we can tap out a quick reply to all the 'ohh dear he's left me' .. and dash on to the next money making opportunity .. and few folks want to stop and put some thought into their replies on the 'tougher' topics ... And that's the way MyLot have set the site up ... no need to make a decent answer as you only get paid the same as you would for dashing off a quick reply ... sadly ..
