can you make a list of top ten reasons for happiness? what will be at the top of the list? According to some researches some people are born happier than others. So your genes are at the top of the list.Is it surprising? What do you think of the other reasons for happiness? What may be the second, third, and etc...

if i get what i want then that makes me happy. if im satisfied with wat i do and am jutifying my work then i will be happy. to me happiness does not me only getting material thing it means to have a sense of importance. to feel important and to be loved. that makes me happy

I'm sorry but what you said is not on the list. Actually, contrary to your statements, they say that : "People who expect to have a successful career, lots of money and the perfect relationship aren't as happy as people who accept what they've got."

I don't know if I can make a list, but I can tell you few things that makes me smiling. Every time I go out with my best friends, and having fun, i'm smiling. They make me laugh, and we spend great time together. Every time I play with my dog, and he licks my face, i'm smiling. Every time, I meet my girlfriends, i'm smiling. Every time, someone is taking a picture of me, i'm smiling the biggest smile ever. I am a smiiing person, and I love so much to smile! It's one of my favorite things that I love to do in this life. So smile, and people will smile to you :)

that's a good answer. You mean Friends and family, that is in the third place on the researchers's list. They say: "People who have large families and lots of close friends are usually happier than people who have a lot of money but live on their own." Finally, I'm happy to hear that you like smiling and smile very often; that's really good for you and the people around you so; KEEP SMILING :)
