next time you feel wound up - whether you're stressing before a date, working overtime or waiting for a delayed flight, try this trick. curl your toes against the sole of your feet as hard as you can for 15sec., then relax them. then tense and release the muscles in your legs. repeat with your fingers, arms, stomach, shoulders and neck as your tension melts away.
