I personally feel that motivation is very important factor in our life else we will not be able to pass thru our days and you will fine that everyday is a drag. As I am into the ten years in my company, I begin to realise that it is alway a pain to get up and go to work. The work seem to be the same almost for the past 2 years and you do not have the interest in doing the work to your very best as compared to when you first started. Begin of this years, I begin to look around and my boss gave me a differnt assignment and the assignment kind of motivate me and it provide me the kind of zest that help me to lift my spirit and I begin to able to motivated myelf. Work is getting better and work life is more balanced now a days.

Motivation is not only essential....it is absolutely essential! I don't know how I can go about my days without motivation. A lot of times I feel that I don't have the energy to go on another day but the motivation comes and so I am able to go through my hectic days. It is also absolutely essential that we help motivate each other because we are co-pilgrims in this world and we do have high and low moments. Some people who do not have any motivation to work or live are just simply there living a worthless life. That's what happens if we don't have motivation.

Motivation is very essential. That is the one thing that spurs us to do things we would otherwise have never done.External motivation is the motivation that comes from the words of your parents, friends, basically everyine who wants you to do good in life.Internal motivation comes from self discipline. In my opinion, internal motivation is stronger that any external factor.self discipline always works because when one realises that things must improve then he will never again go back tot he earlier state of laziness or lack of excitement.
