Fabulous Las Vegas

I just return from fabulous Las Vegas.I wonder if anybody likes the place as much as I do.Actually,my kind of place. To my BIG surprise, there was not one graffiti on any wall! I haven't seen one.Perhaps the law must be very harsh, that nobody dares to deface public walls. Tons of people at any given time, you have a good feeling of safety, even though I haven't seen any policeman around. A fantastic atmosphere everywhere you go.People gambling away like there is no tomorrow.Fantastic malls connected to casinos and restaurants ,- an awesome place. I rented a car,the hotel was 5 minutes from the Strip.Drove everywhere around.Las Vegas, the place built in the desert.Plenty of construction's going on,they expect many people to live there in the future. I was just wondering. If you folks go to Las Vegas,DO YOU GAMBLE like mad,or what...?

I lived in Las Vegas for 7 years and my husband was born and raised there. We now live in Oklahoma, we moved from Vegas 17 months ago. I don't know what you mean by how you didn't see graffiti on any wall in this so called fabulous place because graffiti is all over Vegas, they just keep some areas more nice then others, but I do know that on the strip there is graffiti. Maybe you were just to excited about other things to notice it? Las Vegas can be a wild place and it can be an okay place, but I would never want to live there again. I would rather just visit and have fun. Visiting Vegas and actually living there are two different things. So if I were you, don't love it to much and decide to move there because trust me, you don't know the real Vegas until you can actually say you been there for at least 3 years. Continue visiting Las Vegas and have fun!

Thanks for your comment.Well, you guys know best,no doubt about it. The graffiti I was refering to is about the Strip really, comparing to some other places I've seen. I was concentrating in hope to find one,but I haven't seen any.Perhaps more time is needed to find one,and of course we the visitors don't move around too much during the daytime..-if you know what I mean. Of course as a visitor I wasn't noticing usual things as homegrown do and as you say - living there and visiting are two different things, you're absolutely right. As a visitor I was very much impressed by cleanliness and neatnes, and again I'm refering to the Strip. It is fabulous to be there as a visitor. I never toyed with the idea to live there, but to visit and have fun.Actually last time I've been to Vegas was about 15 years ago. Your comment is valuable no doubt, thank you for your input.
