what colour?

is a good colour to paint your sitting room

In my opinion, sitting room / drawing room should always be painted with good quality white colour. This is only to increase the reflectance(reflecting factor) of the walls and ceilling of that room. That is with minimum amount of light input, we can have maximum visibility there. This also shold be followed for dining space and study room, if you have a separate room as study room. We must always plan separate colours for our separate rooms. Thanks.

Really depends on your taste. I think a real pail green , maroon,or yellow are good sitting room colors

it really depends on your mood or on what color you would prefer. but for me, i'd choose something cozy and comfy ;) if it's to be painted in your sitting room, you have to choose something that's relaxing, but not too deep or subtle, something just right :D
