WHy the name chilly chicken and not pepper chicken?

Astonished chef.. - Chef too is astonished over the name..why the name chilly chicken?

If u have eaten chilly chicken then u must have seen that instead of chilly there is capsicum in it..I know its a kinds chilly but why to name it as chilly chicken why not as pepper chicken ..may be because of its hot taste?then it cud have been named hot chicken..

A guy like you got the idea first and rushed to register the name to find that the name has been taken already.So he settled for the next best.That is the story.
