She cut down my only pine tree!

Yesterday I faced this problem at home! I was awakened by a strange noise - I showed on the balcony and waht am I seeing. The neighbour is cutting the only pine tree in my garden that was growing from my birth until yesterday! Can you imagine, my cousin's grandmother who lives on the first floor in my house thinks that that tree is hers, because it's in her part of the garden! Yeah, but I know perfectly that it's ours and she made that old idiot cut it down!? For what purpose!? Even without asking us. How do you think I react? It was a terrible arguement. But I'm right, right?
