I have been serving w/ the comminty more than half of my life and had the chance to serve as municipal councilor for 4 yrs representing the youth sector at the time. My elder sister who is now running for her 3rd term has been advised by the whole family run again even if she was in the 2nd place the last time. She's w/ the opposition and even if she's the most principled and most effective among the current officials here, she wouldnt stand a chance now. We learned and saw proofs that the comelec printed a padded list of voters for the may 14 elections. Even the PPCRV is having a hard time wondering how they can find a way to file a case about it. We are all aware how slow the judicial process is, even if we file a protest, the term of those who will win by cheating will be over by the time the case is over. Do you still think we can have a successful election on may 14?

I will not even see the polling place where i vote. You see i hate the electoral system in our country, that is why i'm not voting after the 1998 presidential election.Gloria is not credible, and so is Abalos, how can you have the nerve to vote when people whom you should trust are not trustworthy and without credibility.

I live in a country that gets invited to oversee elections in other countries. I probably have a bad opinion. But I think that if the situation is so corrupt that you don't have a candle's chance in hell then you will certainly loose the election. BUT DON"T STOP! Keep going. The doing it over and over again is really important. So is talking about it. Keep on.

I'd say big NO. With the way things are going right now, black propagandas, vote buying, ARGGHHH.. You might even think that I'm not a good citizen, but to tell you the truth, I won't vote. I don't have anyone to vote for. There's a lot of candidates, I know and they have a lot to offer but have you heard the past issues of them. ALL of them got involve with anomalies. My father told me that by not voting, it'll just make the system worst. I don't know, I might reconsider but for now I really don't have plans. =(
