People get depressed for different reasons. And they have their own ways of getting out of it. I was depressed once before and i needed professional help and i got help. Few days back i felt depressed again, I was scared about being sucked in by this.I tried yoga and meditation. Nothing seem to work. I feared that i wont be able to come out of it soon. So today i rushed to my psychiatrist for immediate damage control. But now jus within hours of meeting him i feel okay. So i have decided not to take the drugs he prescribed to me today. I would like to know How often you get depressed? How long you stay that way? But make sure you answer this:(It would help me) Do you have any secret ways to get out of depression ?

You will not bielieve if I tell you that I used to get depressed very rarely. But its a truth. That too, I will not sit depressed for a long time. I will be oky within a few minutes. The best way to get out of the situation is that, you just get busy or involve in some other work or enjoy with your friends when you get depressed. Then you will surely be able to get out of the situation. Hope my advise will help you to get out of such situations.
