I will plan my vacation with my partner. We will take into account when it is possible for him to get time off, and the amount of money we have. then we will look at some brochures, or at some travelling sites online. We will decide on a good spot, then find an hotel. We will pick a warm and quiet place most oftn. We like to see some of the locals and their customs while on vacations. We really do not enjoy going to a tourism hot spot and get to spend our vacation with loud, obnoxious, rude countrymen

it all depends what vacation i am planning.
i am usually a very spontanic person and if i intend to go for a short vacation (seven days) i really do not plan anything..just look at the paper, phone and ask the travel agency to prepere the deal i choose and that i will pick it the next day at the airport. and i get it.
when i come to a new country i like to listen to my "stomach" and do and discover things.

When we plan a family vacation I usually try to schedule it at a time when my son is out of school. I hate for him to miss school. That's always my first consideration when planning a vacation. Usually our vacation is to Florida since that is where my parents are and the kids love to go to Universal Studios. I make the airline reservations as early as possible because the closer you get to the date, the more expensive the tickets are. I book the hotel and try to get the attraction tickets all purchased online so we have everything ready by the time we leave for our trip.
