I think we have some of the most talented players available to any team in the world who on paper can match the might of a South Africa or an Australia . What I feel is needed to be done is to get them motivated enough and hungry for wins . If I remember correctly about 2 or 3 years ago Indian team hired a sports Physchologist (correct me if it was not Sandy Gordon ) who brought about dramatic changes to the aura of each player . Each one of them looked very positive and Team India got into a habit of winning . Haven'y heard of hime lately . But I think BCCI has enough funds to rope in a skilled physchologist like him who has brought us very good results in the past . Now 255 was not unachievable by any means but Indians crumbled under pressure from the hard Sri Lankans . Attitude was a key difference in deciding the result of the game . If Australians can use things like NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming ) why not tewam India .
