Hiring newly graduates and young professionals for job positions

Here in the Philippines, they consider those newly grads and young professionals for job positions. If you are in your mid or late 20's it's very hard to get a job. There is an age discrimination here. The older the better because they are more experienced and they can handle the job very well. The reason that they consider those newly grads and young professionals because the less experience, the less salary.Unlike in other countries even at the age of 60 they can still work or as long as they can work. That's why there are unemployed persons here and poverty arises in this country. How sad.

Not to mention discrimination on undergrads too!!!!.... what's up with that!!???.... I mean, there's a lot of undergrads who are more skilled than those who have baccalaureate diploma. Unfortunately, they just don't manage to graduate because most often due to financial reasons.... and then what???.... they would sure look for a job that could support their studies....next...wooooph...NEWSFLASH!!!!....they could'nt find a job!!!... and that newly grads...less experience... of course they have to do that....everything here has cost-cutting method. from salary, to foods, to goverment facilities, to everything. The only thing that they forget to plant the cost-cutting procedure....is in Politics. hmmmmmmmmm......

yes,you are right!i hate this kind of attitude also..you know we have lots of unemployed filipinos here that is why lots of us are going abroad because we can find the good future there not here!i don't think it is the reality, because as far as i am concerned, the one who can work better are those experienced and matured persons...you need to teach and train the newbie employees?so,is that they are looking for?i hope companies and government agencies should be fair and take action on this..
