Leaders are naturally assertive, but there's often a line between assertiveness and bossiness or even downright bullying. If you're worried that your child, or one of her friends, is merely bossy rather than a true leader, what do you think on being the leader in every situation?

the vision of selfish pride - and own likeness to fulfill
a leader need a lot of qualities that is so impossible to see in our leaders today^_^most leaders today are tyrant selfish and full of holes... its for all selfish fulfillment than of the people.. its mere using of power that matters and showing off how much property and how big time they have been into.. its a disgusting swarm of politics these days... our world is getting rotten, its getting worst and people are suffering as leader benefit their tyrant numb ways propaganda.. its just up to us to make a difference, for in the end, when we will loose the battle in this world.. and when we depart.. none of these achievement and material wealth will be with our souls in journey..
