What is responsible for Indian Cricket Team's bad perfromance ?

The Indian team in this world cup perfromed very poorly, defeating only Bermuda. Some think it is because of Indian cricket team coach Greg Chappel, and others think it is because the team is busy modelling for advertisements. What do you think ?

I think the whole Indian team to be blamed for the failure to enter super 8.How can the coach be blamed.he is a person who can give training in various fields of game and its the players who should show their effort to suceed the game.Another factor is lack of team spirit and efficiency in Indian team.
