Japanese people, especially women have been praised for their smooth complexion and svelt figure, all thanks to thier diet. But is japanese food really healthier?? sure, it's fresh, and contains minimal if absolutely no preservatives, But photos have been circulating the internet showing people having parasites resulting to eating japanese foods, especially raw fish. Should we redefine the phrase "Fresh is best."?

I think that's why they have dip it in wasabi to eliminate the parasites in raw food. I believe that their food is healthier since it's raw, so it's not deep-fried in oil. And Japanese's average lifespan is much higher compared to other countries.
