i think to replace the coach is not the right solution bcoz the coach will play a role upto some extent beyond this all depends on our players.Instead i suggest that change the captain & replace some players like dhoni with karthik, agarkar with shrisanth, harbhajan with either kumble or powar & uthappa with dinesh mongia.

you are correct they havent given chance to karthick and shrisanth to play in world cup. even pathan we can must have given him a chance to play in a match some time he proved to be an allrounder . we have better bowling but we dont have batting strength. india failed to win matches mostly due to batting failure . only few due to bowling . changes must happen mostly in batting side

replacing chappel is agood idea because as if now he will continue in team and tea will lose then the all blame will goes to the chappel so replacing him now is a good idea and i think for coach we should not hire coach from other country but we should take it or selkect it from our country it self hmm then only some thing is possible

Indian Cricket... - Indian Cricket...
Yes, ofcourse... Its necessary that he must be replaced. He's had enough of experimentation with the Indian team, and now the team is out of World Cup even. His contract was till the world cup, so its high time that he must be replaced. Appoint Steve Waugh or John Buchannan as the Indian coach...

Chappel must be removed immediately. He is a complete disaster. He failed to deliver. Two years ago he made a lots of promise. But at the end the results are so dismal. He was in cloud 9 when India won several matches against weaker teams. He destroyed the composition of the team. It was also reported that he told Sachin that "you got more than you deserved". And his attitude was of a boss rather than a friend. Along with the captain (who started as hi yes man) he made a group of lackeys who will be always in the team regardless their performance. Rahul could help in this situation. But what you can expect from a spineless person ? He joined the Chappel bandwagon securing his captain position in expense of his other team mates. Also how can a captain miscalculate his best bowlers overs in a vital match like this ? He started as a yes man of Chappel later wanted to be a man which he was expected to be but failed immensely. We must remove both Chappel and Dravid. They are not what we need. Also we have to take care of their lackeys such as Pathan and Shewag.

chappel is simply good for nothing. his contract is almost about to complete yet his experiments have not ended and at the end of all this there is no good result of it but the whole team has been shatered

Replacing Chappel is a good idea because he has transformed this team from world cup finalists to world cup minnows. But replacing with patil is a bad idea. We should have a foreign coach. Apart from this we should think of a bowling coach, someone like Wasim Akram.

Greg Chappel has been with the Indian team for only 2 years. We do agree that it was a very dismal performance of the Indian team at the world cup. But the whole team has to be blamed for it and not Greg Chappel. Infact the positive side o Greg being coach is that he has given so many youngsters the chance to perform at the highest level. Some may have failed but atleast they know what it takes to perform at the international level so that they can go back and prepare themselves as per. I strongly beleive in Greg Chappel continuing as the coach.

Chappell should be removed. Patil should be the Indian coach. Since Chappell remain as a coach India never win any matches. Patil is better then Chappell.
