Fumes while oil painting

Have you found anything that works as good or better as Turpentine when painting with oil? I only paint outside in the summertime now, but would love to be able to paint inside more often throughout the year. I have also tried the Mona Lisa Paint Thinner, but it does not seem to work as well as good old fashioned turpentine. Any ideas?

I like Turpenoid a lot. I think it works just as well as Turpentine, but maybe it's just me? I guess you should try it out to see. I usually just use Turpentine, because I'm kind of used to the smell by now. It doesn't bother me at all, really.

Turpenoid is good and there are some other types of substitutes that actually smell nice! I miss the turpentine smell, myself -- but not enough to go back to it!
