Do you explain why do you say no to your stone head child?

well my lot users, it's taking really long time explaining and arguing why you did say no for that thing and why you don't want that thing to be done for my 4 years old. I should say, she has really stone head. Althoug, she is not convinced when i do it and end up by giving an order "no and that's it" so we come to the same result rather i explain or not. i am really exsosted and i am feeling i am losing my mind specially when she start to cry and refuses everything i am saying. any suggestion?
