Do you explain why do you say no to your stone head child?

well my lot users, it's taking really long time explaining and arguing why you did say no for that thing and why you don't want that thing to be done for my 4 years old. I should say, she has really stone head. Althoug, she is not convinced when i do it and end up by giving an order "no and that's it" so we come to the same result rather i explain or not. i am really exsosted and i am feeling i am losing my mind specially when she start to cry and refuses everything i am saying. any suggestion?

I always try to explain to my child the reason why.If they start crying and throwing a tantrum then I will try yo let the subject drop and explain why I made the decision I did.

yes, i tell my children the reason why i have said no to something. it helps them to understand why its no. and not just no you cannot have it or do it
