Obesity

I think obesity can be a disease, and it can also be genetics..but its not being over-weight thats genetic, its the patterns that are followed in everyday life that lead to it, and how our bodies can burn calories and work to keep extra pounds off..the metabolism of people differs from person to person, and that can be genetic for sure... I have never been obese, but I have been overweight, especially after having children. And yes I got back in shape and became healthy again...
