How would you sell yourself...

Imagine you are going for a massive job opportunity and you are in a interview room and the interviewer says, right now one after the other i want everyone to stand up say a few words and tell me why you would be good for the job? What would you say? How would you sell yourself so the interviewer would want to take you on?
