it took me a little while to meet new people when i moved to another state.. i got to know my neighbors.. when they had a cook out they alwasy invited me and they had their friends over.. i meet friends at the new company where i started working at.. if just takes one to talk to you, and the rest would follow..

Thatz one use of being online. you can look for new friends who might willing to meet up when you go to their places.
