Setting up football academies has proved successful in the past but I think the main way to improve football nationally is to get kids interested in the sport from an early age. Quality coaches are expensive but have a wealth of experience that can be passed down to the next generation. Perhaps the biggest players for your country could work with youngsters to improve the national side in future generations. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a quick fix but over time the standard of football should go up as education and experience is filtered down through the generations. And of course, the more kids play, the better they become. Arkad The Richest Man in Atherstone

Footbal in our country need a magic touch, I agree. Focus on the sport from an early age is one of things that could be done. Tiger Wood has done it in golf, he starts it from very early and he does wonder. Also, the country should take player from university too. They are smart people there, it is possible that these brainy student could play smart football. I am saying non-university player couldnot play smartly, but our country can try university players. Its very interesting to see accounting, engineering, and medicine students or graduates playing football for our country !
