trouble getting pregnant

I am a 23 year old married woman. My husband and I desperatly want a child to love. We have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years. I got pregnant last year, but I misscarried after 2 months. I really don't understand why I haven't gotten pregnant again. I want to go to a fertility doctor to find out why we are having such trouble but my husband says it will happen when its meant to & that we should wait a while before going to a doctor. Anyone else have this problem?
